Cancellation Policy
At LC we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less then 24 hours forfeits your deposit or any payment made towards it. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
